Shipping Policy
Please allow 3-5 business days for orders to be shipped. For custom and pre-sale orders, please allow 7 business days, as items are made to order.
If you desire a custom order, please email me or send me a message via the Contact tab. From there we will discuss shipping costs and further order details.

Pick Up Service
If you live in Tallahassee, FL you DO NOT have to pay for shipping costs. Instead, you have the option to pick it up from me or I can meet you somewhere that is convenient for both of us.

Please do not come by the pick up location without first informing me via email or text. Anyone who comes unannounced will not receive service.

Return & Exchange Policy
At this time I do not offer exchanges. However, if an item is not to your liking, you may return it up to 3 days after you receive it in the mail or purchase it from the store.

If you are returning an item via mail, you will be responsible for shipping costs.

Also, be sure to look at the Product Description for the item you purchase. Certain items are final sale.
